Do you have guests at home and don't know what kind of dessert make? To not think a lot what better that a delicious fruit cake, with that we know we will not let down because who doesn't like fruit??? Well, there may be someone but we know there is a 99,8% to hit with a dessert like this so go ahead!!
Ingredientes / Ingredients:
- Una lamina de hojaldre / One sheet of pull pastry
- Fruta / Fruit
- Crema pastelera / Pastry cream
- Gelatina neutra o mermelada / Normal jelly or jam
Elaboración / How to make it:
- Estirar la masa en una bandeja para horno y hornear a 220º hasta verla doradita. / Stretch the dough in a pan apt to oven and bake at 220º until see it golden brown
- Dejar enfriar la masa. / Cold dought.

- Poner la crema sobre el hojaldre y poner la fruta decorandola como nos guste. / Put the cream over the puff pastry and put the fruit to decorate as we like.
- Hidratar las laminas de gelatina (yo use 6) en 500ml de agua durante 5min. / Hydrate the jelly sheets (I used 6) in 500ml water during 5min.
- Escurrir la gelatina bien y ponerla en un bol con 4 cucharaditas de agua en el microondas durante 20seg. / Drain the jelly very well and put it in a bowl with 4 spoons of water in the microwave during 20 seg.
- Untar la tarta con la gelatina y ponerla en la nevera un poco, no mucho para que el hojaldre no se humedezca mucho. / Spread the cake with the jelly and put inside the frigde a bit, not much to the puff pastry not dampen so much.
Tiene una pinta estupenda, además de ser muy saludable...
