Ayer os mostré unas imágenes de las cosas que hice para San Valentin...pues bien, hoy os traigo la receta de la primera imagen que es un bizcocho de leche que cogí del blog: "Kanela y Limón"

En primer lugar deciros que esta receta la he tuneado un poco porque no quería hacer un bizcocho súper grande y porque le he puesto unos detalles en el centro jajaja.. (los veis en la foto)...
First, I want to say to you that I have made some changes in this recipe because I didn't want to make a big cake and because I put some details inside hahaha...(see the photo)...
Ingredientes / Ingredientes:
- 200gr de azúcar /200gr sugar
- 150gr de harina / 150gr fluor
- 4 huevos / 4 eggs
- 40gr de mantequilla derretida / 40gr melted butter
- 600ml de leche / 600ml milk
- la piel de un limón / peel of lemon
- una pizca de sal / a pinch of salt
- Un sobre de levadura / baking powder
- aroma de fresa (romántico!!!) / strawberry flavor (romantic!!!)
- colorante rosa (romántico!!!) / pink dye (romantic!!!)
Elaboración / How to make it:
- Ponemos la leche a hervir con la piel del limón. / Put the milk to boil with the lemon peel.
- En un bol echamos la harina, levadura, azúcar, a sal y añadimos los huevos. Mezclamos bien. / In a bowl put flour, baking podwer, sugar, a pinch of salt and eggs.
- Derretimos la mantequilla y la añadimos. Mezclamos otra vez todo bien. / Melt the butter and add it in the bowl. Mix everything.
- Añadimos la leche que hemos colado previamente y mezclamos. / Add the milk that we have strain before and mix.
- Separamos la mezcla en dos bols, uno lo reservamos y el otro le añadimos un poco de colorante rosa y una cucharadita de aroma de fresa (o el que queráis). Mezclamos bien para que se tiña todo bien. / Divide the mixture in two bowls, we keep one of them and in the other we put pink dye and a teaspoon of strawberry flavor (or the flavor that you want). Mix everything well to dye it well.
- Untamos el molde (yo use unos rectangulares) con mantequilla y vertemos la mezcla "Rosa". La metemos en el horno precalentado a 180ºC durante unos 30-45 min (ir viendo). / Grease a pan (I used a rectangular pan) with butter and add the mixture "Pink". Put it in the oven that you have preheated to 180ºC during 30-45 min.
- Cuando este frío lo sacamos y con cortador en forma de corazón hacemos unos corazones. / When the pink cake is cold with a heart cutter cookie make some hearts.
- Cogemos otro molde o lavamos este para usarlo otra vez. Lo untamos con mantequilla otra vez. / Take other pan or wash this to use it again. Grease it with butter again.
- Ponemos los corazones en el molde y vertemos la mezcla "sin teñir" hasta que los cubra. / Put the hearts in the pan and add the mixture "without color" until cover them.
- Lo volvemos a meter en el horno a 180ºC durante otros 30-45 min (ir viendo). / Put into the oven again to 180ºC during other 30-45min.
- Y voilà.... cuando lo cortemos tendremos un dulce muy tierno.../ And voilà...when you cut the cake, you will have a romantic sweet...
Algo que decir: "A mi este bizcocho me ha recordado a una quesada pasiega sin queso...La verdad es que está muy bueno".
