Madre mía, cuanto tiempo llevo sin aparecer por aquí...os he tenido abandond@s, lo sé. Pero resulta que por fin, después de tantas idas y venidas, ya estamos viviendo en Suiza. La mudanza y la conexión de internet (sobretodo) ha tardado más de lo que nosotros hubiésemos querido, pero bueno... La Pancha Siempre Llena vuelve con muchas ganas de enseñaros las cosas ha ido haciendo estos días.

Empezamos con esta tarta decorada con un gracioso muñeco de nieve. El motivo fue que en Suiza el frío y la nieve ya ha llegado. Hace una semana estuve de turismo por Gruyères y la nevada que cayó fue considerada para ser finales de Octubre...Así que al domingo siguiente como no había ganas de ir a ningún sitio me dispuse a probar el nuevo horno y ver que salia de allí. La verdad que el resultado para mi gusto fue bastante bonito y el sabor que tenia delicioso.
We started with this cake decorated with a cute snowman. The reason was that in Switzerland the cold and snow has arrived. A week ago I was sightseeing in Gruyères and the snow that fell was considered to be the end of October ... So next Sunday as there was no desire to go anywhere I wanted to try my new oven and see what came out of there. The fact that the result for my taste was quite nice and had delicious flavor.

Os recomiendo que cuando hagáis un bizcocho le hagáis de chocolate, le pongáis nueces y lo rellenéis con chocolate fundido...Cuando hace frío, esto con un café calentito sabe a gloria!!!
